The Manatee Players have announced the final pieces in their 2012-13 season. The season opener is LEGALLY BLONDE THE MUSICAL.  The performance dates will be August 16-September 2, 2012.

Auditions for this musical will be held at the Manatee Players on June 3 & 4.  The director for this show is Dewayne Barrett with Rick Bogner as musical director.

In January 2013, the Manatee Players’ stage will be filled by the Cole Porter musical ANYTHING GOES. This show is an amusing story wrapped around one of Cole Porter's magical scores. This is the same dance-filled version of the show that starred Patti LuPone.

Terrific Cole Porter songs include It's De-Lovely, Friendship, I Get A Kick Out Of You, All Through The Night, Anything Goes, You're The TopBlow, Gabriel, Blow, Buddie Beware and Easy To Love. It's a wonder that all the romances are sorted out and disaster is averted aboard the magical ship where ANYTHING GOES!

The auditions for this show will be held on September 30 & October 1.
