The Henegar Center for the Arts is proud to present the Brevard Premiere of the musical MEMPHIS. MEMPHIS is the winner of four Tony Awards® in 2010, including Best Musical! Inspired by true events from the underground dance clubs of 1950s Memphis, Tennessee, MEMPHIS follows the fame and forbidden love of a radio DJ who wants to change the world and a club singer who is ready for her big break. Join them on their incredible journey to the ends of the airwaves - filled with laughter, soul and rock 'n' roll!

Moving forward into the 2015-2016 season, the Henegar Center is beginning the transition to becoming the Space Coast's first professional theatre. The first steps towards this transition include hiring actors to work alongside our community actors.

Tickets are ON SALE NOW for MEMPHIS! The show runs from October 2-18 in the mainstage theatre, and is directed by Hank Rion, with vocal direction by Kevin McNaughton, and choreography by Amanda Manis. Tickets are $26 for adults, $23 for seniors, and $16 for students, plus a small handling fee. Group rates are available for groups of 15 or more. Reserved tickets may be purchased in person at the Henegar Center Box Office Monday through Friday from 1pm to 5pm, by calling 321-723-8698, or at Henegar.org. For additional information, please visit www.henegar.org.

The Henegar Center presents full scale, high-quality plays and musicals to the community, and is becoming a nationally known artistic institution. In addition, year-round children's programs through the Feller Theatre Academy teach students team-building, build self-confidence, and develop a lifelong passion for the arts.
