Bring your Valentine and laugh at one of the most popular romantic comedies of the 20th century! Same Time, Next Year ran four years on Broadway, winning a Tony Award for lead actress Ellen Burstyn, who later recreated her role in the successful motion picture. It remains one of the world's most widely produced plays. The plot follows a love affair between two people, Doris and George, married to others, who rendezvous once a year. Twenty-five years of manners and morals are hilariously and touchingly played out by the lovers. Directed by Cristela Carrizales.
In a special arrangement with the producers of OKC Improv, one of OKC's most popular improv groups "The Ones Your Mother Warned You About" will be performing at 7:30 to open each of our Saturday performances. That's two great performances for the price of one! (Saturday performances only) "The Ones Your Mother Warned You About" is an original two-man, two-woman long form improv troupe that specializes in creating rich, smart, jazzy scenes that explore the complexities of life, love, and relationships.
