After a two-week hiatus, the hit off-Broadway musical comedy, The Jackie Mason Musical, currently running in its fifth year, will now play in its new home at The Davenport Theatre (354 W. 45th & 8th Ave) starting this weekend, tonight, August 8th at 8pm, followed by a 3pm matinee Sunday, August 9th. The show formerly was housed by St Luke's Theatre, which now houses Ruthless The Musical.

The company currently stars Sheba Mason & Ian Wehrle in the title role, along with returning cast members Jennifer Yadav (Fiddler on the Roof), Eric Anthony Lopez (American Idol), Nichole Kun (Contagious Comedy) Trevor Crane (Honestly Abe), Jasmine Renee Thomas (NYMF's The Field), Musa Hitomi (Cats) & Mary Lauren (Honestly Abe) as Trixie at certain performances.

The 90-minute, one-act musical tells the story of Jackie's infamous love affair and his genius comedy that made him a house hold name. Featuring show stopping numbers: Celebrity Seekers, Big Blue Eyes, Ordinary Man, Mama is Always Right, Today, Tomorrow or Next Year, Chains That Bind, Much Truth in Jest, I Never Met This Yenta and much more.
