Nora Ephron will receive DGA Honors, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

Ephron is a screenwriters and directors. She recently wrote and directed the hit movie Julie & Julia, and has received Academy Award nominations for best original screenplay for the immensely popular and critically acclaimed When Harry Met Sally, Silkwood, and Sleepless in Seattle, which she also directed.

Ephron, with her sister Delia, also wrote the successful Off-Broadway LOVE, LOSS AND WHAT I WORE.

Produced by Daryl Roth, the show is an intimate collection of stories based on the best-selling book by Ilene Beckerman, as well as on the recollections of the Ephrons' friends. Like the popular book, Love, Loss, And What I Wore uses clothing and accessories and the memories they trigger to tell stories. The show opened Off Broadway in October 2009 at The Westside Theatre (407 W 43 Street), where it has broken all box office records and is now in its second year.

Also being honored at the October 13 event are HBO President of Documentary Films Sheila Nevins, Senator Patrick Leahy and IATSE International President Matthew Loeb.
