In august guests the Norwegian Opera Ballet like Castle & Oscarshall at Bygdøy in Oslo, Norway, as part of the Oslo Chamber music festival in 2013. The Palace has in recent years been restored, and in the possession of his Majesty the King. In five exclusive performances, you can experience a journey through time and space with different art forms and expressions, in the stunning surroundings in and around the Castle. Dancers from the National Ballet, singers from the National Opera, and a String Quartet from the Opera band, form the pillars for Patrick Kings production that seamlessly blends Ballet, neoclassical and modern dance, with music and song from late romanticism. Experience the journey of craft and art industry starts with the boat ride from the Opera. Only 100 tickets per show, the ticket includes boat ride to/from.
