INTIMATE APPAREL, OPUS et al. Set for Two River's Upcoming Season

The Two River Theater Company recently announced its 2010-2011 season, which will begin on September 21 with Lynn Nottage's INTIMATE APPAREL which will run through October 10.

INTIMATE APPAREL is the story of an intensely independent African-American woman at the beginning of the last century.

The upcoming season will also include Michael Hollinger's OPUS, an up-close look at a string quartet, which will play from October 26 through November 14. Next up is A THOUSAND CLOWNS by Herb Gardner from February 1 through February 20, which tells the story of a non-conformist uncle and his nephew. George Bernard Shaw's CANDIDA will run from March 22 through April 10 and the theater's last production of the year will be the revue Jacques Brel IS ALIVE AND WELL AND LIVING IN PARIS from May 17 through June 5.

The season will also feature Joseph Robinette's adaptation of E.B. White's novel in a holiday production of CHARLOTTE'S WEB from December 7 through January 2. This production will be directed by Matt Pfeiffer and will feature puppet design by Aaron Cromie.
