The Eagle Theatre's professional regional area premiere of The Civil War: The Musical, starring Broadway performer Derrick Cobey, is officially a Theatre Philadelphia Barrymore-recommended hit.

Theatre Philadelphia's prestigious Barrymore Awards for Excellence in Theatre are a nationally recognized symbol for professional theatre in our region.

The Eagle Theatre's production is performed in time-period costuming and décor, and features letters, diaries and the words of Abraham Lincoln, Frederick Douglass and Walt Whitman.

Over 1,000 multimedia projections and snapshot of "unidentified" soldiers, slaves and civilians are incorporated throughout the production. The Eagle dedicates their production to the brave men and women who have given their lives for our freedom.

Eagle Theatre boasts a free double parking lot, an on-sight Wine Lounge and is located within walking distance of several award-winning culinary dining destinations.
