The Centenary Stage Company (CSC) has the perfect opportunity for theatre, music and dance lovers who would like to enjoy great entertainment on a limited budget. CSC is once again seeking volunteer ushers for upcoming performances in the new Lackland Center, which will include the performances of CSC's Sherlock Holmes and the Case of the Jersey Lily, Don Quioxote by the NJ Ballet, the Fringe Series with The Other Mozart, Hard Travelin' with Woody Guthrie and Kick - a Rockette's Story, the annual holiday musical, Mary Poppins, as well as 15 other events throughout the 2016-17 professional season.

Patrons interested in volunteering as an usher and front-of house staff will see the concert or event for free on the evening that they participate. Opportunities are also available for students interested in honing their technical and backstage skills for events. Volunteering at CSC is also an accredited resource for Community Service hours for students meeting their service commitments.

"Our volunteers are the lifeblood of this not-for-profit organization," says CSC General Manager, Catherine Rust. "They provide that wonderful friendly face and personal attention to all our patrons at events, while helping our theater to thrive in a unique and magical way here in the Skylands."
