After losing her sister, Agnes Evans departs her childhood home, but soon becomes enthralled with her late sister's Dungeons and Dragons notebook.

Her journey coincides with an action-packed adventure through an imaginary world as she battles evil cheerleaders, randy ogres and homicidal faeries in the action-filled comedy. A 2012 GLAAD Award nominee, the play explores the wounds of loss and adolescence. Reality, fantasy and '90s pop culture collide in this empowering story about embracing your inner warrior and geek.

It was first produced in New York City at the Flea Theater, and is now presented by special arrangement with Samuel French, Inc. at Old Hickory's Lakewood Theatre Company. Show dates Aug. 4th - 20th, Fridays and Saturdays at 7:30 pm
