Leaders, citizens, and musical artists will convene on Tuesday June 27th at Climate Day LA to collaborate on building deep and lasting support for local climate action, with a conference, gala, and evening concert. The musical guests Neon Indian and Weyes Blood perform at the evening concert and Moby DJ's at the Sunset Gala at the Theatre at Ace Hotel.

As moves are made to dramatically attack the Clean Power Plan and other federal regulations aimed at protecting the American public, local action will be needed to support solutions to protect our communities and prepare for climate impacts.

The LA-based nonprofit Climate Resolve has teamed up with ecoAmerica, FORM, IHEARTCOMIX and Ace Hotel, to offer a day-long event to educate, engage, and organize new and existing voices in the fight against climate change as part of the Path To Positive LA initiative. Participants will be invited to join the campaign and take action on climate at a daytime conference, sunset gala, and an evening concert.

- Daytime Conference: Panels and technology-driven solutions will engage speakers, invited guests, and the general public in discussions about positive forward motion in the fight against climate change at the local, statewide, and national levels. - Sunset Gala: Cocktail reception in the Segovia Hall at the Ace Hotel, with host donors, top dignitaries and VIPs supporting the efforts of the Path to Positive LA initiative, which seeks to enact widespread understanding and empowerment of climate solutions. Moby DJs.

- Evening Benefit Concert: Neon Indian, Weyes Blood and special guests to be announced will perform at the Theater to cap off Climate Day LA.
