BWW TV: On the Red Carpet with Caroline Bowman, Josh Young, Sean MacLaughlin & More in EVITA at Pantages

Los Angeles Broadway World TV Correspondents Michael Sterling and Anthony "A.J." Hernandez were on hand to not only talk to tour stars Caroline Bowman (Eva Peron), Josh Young (Che) and Sean MacLaughlin (Juan Peron) and Evita Producer Hal Luftig, but such Hollywood celebrities as Shirley Jones, Marty Ingels, Patrick Cassidy, Sam Harris, Greg Louganis and partner Johnny Chaillot, Disney's G. Hannelius (Dog with a Blog), Hal Sparks (Disney XD's Lab Rats) among others. In addition to Hal Luftig, Evita Producers include Scott Sanders, Troika Entertainment & The Nederlander Organization. The production officially opened at the Pantages Theatre in Hollywood October 24 and will continue its limited run there through November 10, 2013. Check out the video below!

The national tour also stars Christopher Johnstone as Magaldi, Krystina Alabado as Mistress and Desi Oakley serves as the Alternate for Eva Peron.

Rounding out the cast are Ryan K. Bailer, Nicholas Belton, Jessica Bishop, Ronald L. Brown, Holly Ann Butler, Diana DiMarzio, Samantha Farrow, Katharine Heaton, Tony Howell, Katie Huff, Patrick Oliver Jones, Chris Kotera, Ian Liberto, Alison Mahoney, Robin Masella, Megan Ort, John Riddle, Morgan Rose, Jeffrey C. Sousa and Tug Watson.

The creative team includes tour director Seth Sklar-Heyn, tour choreographer Chris Bailey, Tony Award-winning scenic and costume designer Christopher Oram, Tony Award-winning lighting designer Neil Austin, Olivier Award-winning sound designer Mick Potter, wig and hair designer Richard Mawbey, projection designer Zachary Borovay, and music supervisor Kristen Blodgette, music director/conductor William Waldrop, orchestrations are by Andrew Lloyd Webber and David Cullen, and dance arrangements are by David Chase.

The National Tour of EVITA is produced by Hal Luftig, Scott Sanders and Troika Entertainment.

The performance schedule for EVITA is Tuesday through Friday at 8pm, Saturday at 2pm & 8pm, and Sunday at 1pm & 6:30pm.

Since he was 8 years old, JORDAN SANTACANA has been writing, directing, and editing films. By the time he was in high school, he was making hour long modern day grindhouse spaghetti westerns. His first industry job was casting the extras for the Ben Affleck vehicle, “Runner, Runner”. He moved from Puerto Rico to California, and now resides in Burbank. His current projects are a big budget short film about the war in Iraq, and multiple music videos.
