What happens when Katharine Hepburn walks into a rehearsal for her one woman show and finds herself in the midst of an actual show?! Comedy and drama ensues as the legendary film and stage star recounts her days as a film star during Hollywood's Golden Era, being Stephen Sondheim's neighbor, and her great love affair with Spencer Tracy. She recollects, quips and even sings (a matter of opinion) in this new one (wo)man show with music.

Mac is renowned for his homage to the rainbow girl, garnering special raves for his determination to bring to life the style, wit and musical legacy of an artist rather than caricature her familiar frailties as a human being. In 2005 Mac was interviewed for the United Kingdom television documentary, Hollywood Goddesses. In once in a lifetime opportunity , Mac took the stage as Garland at New York's historic Palace theatre, recreating moments from Garland's concert repertoire and the three famous engagements she played at that venue. In 2007, Mac was cast again as Garland along with several other Garland impersonators to perform in Rufus Does Judy at Carnegie Hall.
