Hakkasan Las Vegas Welcomes Soccer Stars for 2013 Westwood Cup Launch Tonight

Hakkasan Las Vegas at MGM Grand Hotel & Casino will welcome the world's biggest soccer stars with an exclusive VIP dinner and inaugural 2013 Westwood Cup launch event tonight, June 15.

A number of elite superstars from the English Premier League and La Liga, are invited to a dinner and event kicking off the Professional Footballers Golf Tournament where players willcompete to win the 2013 Westwood Cup.

Guests will dine at Hakkasan Las Vegas' renowned restaurant, celebrated for its modern take on classic Cantonese cuisine, with signature dishes such as Peking Duck with Kaluga Caviar, Silver Cod with Champagne and Chinese Honey and Stir-Fry Black Pepper Rib-Eye Beef with Merlot. The athletes will have the opportunity to enjoy Michelin-starred Executive Chef Ho Chee Boon's extraordinary culinarycreations, all which highlight the season's finest ingredients and include selections featured only in the Las Vegas restaurant such as Crispy RoastedDuck with Kumquat and Mustard Sauce and Steamed Red Snapper in Spicy Assam Sauce.

Following dinner, guests will celebrate within the nightclub's many imaginatively designed atmospheres while experiencing performances from Hakkasan's highly acclaimed DJs R3hab and Zen Freeman.

In attendance will be Manchester United legend Dwight Yorke, former AC Milan star Andriy Shevchenko, Manchester City's James Milner, Sunderland's Adam Johnson, West Bromwich Albion's James Morrison and Nicklas Bendnter from Juventus. Additional names to be announced.
