International Opera Award nominee and West End performer Eric Anthony Lopez (Carmen-West End, The Phantom of The Opera, The Jackie Mason Musical, Broadway Inspirational Voices) is the first principal set to lead "Christmas Wonderland" at Tokyu Theatre Orb in Tokyo, Japan.

Lopez can currently be seen as a member of The Broadway Inspirational Voices, directed by Michael McElroy, and the new live-action musical, Connected, set to release on Netflix in 2017.

The 21-year-old told BroadwayWorld.com, "I am very honored and excited to head to Japan this winter. I hear the musical theatre fandom is amazing and I can't wait to experience it."

The annual 90-minute musical show will feature four headliners from Broadway, the West End and television, an ensemble of 40 dancers from around Japan, and an original musical score which combines singing, dancing and humor with traditional scenes.

Additional casting to be announced shortly.
