Cone Man Running Productions presents the Regional Premiere of Trumbo: Red, White and Blacklisted, written by Christopher Trumbo and directed by Christine Weems, playing March 10 - 28, 2013.

When legendary screenwriter Dalton Trumbo stood up to the House Un-American Activities Committee in 1947, he was thrown in prison and blacklisted as one of the "Hollywood Ten." Told through his brilliant and razor-sharp letters to friends, former friends, and family, Trumbo reveals how the author of Spartacus, Roman Holiday, and Exodus took on Congress, Hollywood, and the Red Scare -- and won.

The production stars L. RoBert Westeen, Casey Coale and Carl Masterson as Dalton Trumbo.

Performance schedule: Sunday, 03/10; Wednesday, 03/13; Monday, 03/18; Sunday, 03/24; Tuesday, 03/26; and Thursday, 03/28. All shows at 8PM at Obsidian Arts Space, 3522 White Oak Drive, Houston, TX.
