Broadway In Detroit to Offer Open Caption Service for Upcoming Shows

Continuing to meet the needs of hearing impaired patrons, Broadway In Detroit has added Open Caption Service for select performances of upcoming shows in the 2013-2014 season. Open Caption Service performances are scheduled for Disney's Beauty and the Beast, the award-winning worldwide smash hit Broadway musical; We Will Rock You, featuring the greatest hits of the legendary British rock group, Queen; and Sister Act,­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­ Broadway's feel-amazing musical comedy.

For Disney's Beauty and the Beast, the Open Caption performance is on Friday, March 28, 2014 at 7:30 p.m. For We Will Rock You, the Open Caption performance is on Sunday, April 6, 2014 at 7:30 p.m. For Sister Act the Open Caption performance is on Sunday, April 27 at 7:30 p.m. and will be available once tickets are on sale. Designated seats for those in need of this service are located on the main floor. A limited number of specially priced tickets for the reserved section ($39-$89 for Disney's Beauty and the Beast, $35-$85 for We Will Rock You, and $40-$80 for Sister Act) may be purchased at the Fisher Theatre Box Office or by phone at 313-872-1000, ext. 0.
