Join Detroit Public Television on Saturday, July 18th from 2-4 p.m. at the Michigan Science Center for LIVE coverage the Incredible Science Machine, a STEM event.

More than 15 builders from around the world will create Zeal Credit Union's Incredible Science Machine and it will feature more than half a million objects, about 200,000 dominoes and thousands of other common items in a single display of the largest Rube Goldberg machine ever to set the Guinness World Record!

Live from the Michigan Science Center, the Incredible Science Machine has been built over two weeks and the chain reaction will begin at 3pm.

The Michigan Science Center (MiSci) is a unique, fun and dynamic hands-on museum, offering programs that inspire curious minds of all ages to discover, explore and appreciate science, technology, engineering and math in a fun, dynamic learning environment. Through an interactive approach to science with engaging, hands-on exhibits, shows and activities, MiSci strives to help launch the next generation of Michigan's engineers, scientists and innovators, and significantly impact the cultural and economic renewal of Detroit and Michigan.
