PACE Center in partnership with Aurora Fox Arts Center will present the incredible new 2012 revised version of the Steven Schwartz musical, Godspell. From the composer of Wicked, this audience favorite includes fresh and energized arrangements of all of the music that has made this show a hit since the early 70's. Popular songs, such as "Day by Day," "O, Bless the Lord, My Soul" and "Prepare Ye the Way of the Lord" stay true to the timelessness of their original versions but are brought to life with a modern twist.

As relevant today as it was in the 70's, Godspell, which is based on the Gospel according to St. Matthew, demonstrates the power we find when we come together as a community. Set in the present day, this musical uses humor and song to tell the story of Jesus and his followers as they come together as strangers, learn from each other, and form into a powerful community that can survive even the most difficult of trials. This joyous show will stir your soul, raise your spirit and lift you right out of your seat.

Godspell is in the Mainstage Theater at the PACE Center March 15 to 23. Join us for a free Talk Back with the cast on March 22 after the 7:30 p.m. show.

Tickets start at $16 at PACEcenteronline.org, 303.805.6800 or at the PACE Center Box Office located at 20000 Pikes Peak Ave., in downtown Parker. Group discounts are available.
