Following their surprise world-premiere announcement of Ike Holter's Put Your House In Order, new creative arts ensemble The Roustabouts have sold out their limited run in less than 24 hours.

Put Your House In Order will extend with additional performances slated to take place Thursday, July 20 through Monday, July 24 at A Red Orchid Theatre.

Holter was voted Chicagoan of the Year in Theater for the Chicago Tribune and most recently received the nation's most lucrative award for playwriting, the Windham-Campbell Prize for Drama.

Tickets for the extension of Put Your House In Order dropped at 3pm CST today at www.RoustaboutsChicago.com.

The plot is being held tightly under wraps but The Roustabouts did tease audiences with a trailer directed and edited by Alex Thompson. We do know House is a three person piece featuring Aurora Adachi-Winter, Tony Santiago, and Janice O'Neill and it's rumored to be in the vein of an early Stephen King thriller. The Roustabouts have been producing the new play in secret for months.

The Roustabouts are pursuing new forms of audience engagement including the release of trailers, song lists and sneak peeks across social media and they're asking their audiences to stay tuned to www.RoustaboutsChicago.com and www.Facebook.com.

The Roustabouts' Put Your House In Order is presented in coordination with A Red Orchid Theatre's Incubator. A Red Orchid Theatre's Incubator Series was created to get to know emerging talent and foster exploration in Chicago's theater community.
