The Cukoo's Theater Project brings to life Shakespeare's The Tempest in a daring new production, running Nov. 6-16.

In a new adaptation edited and directed by Donald Kolakowski he sets The Tempest in a ravaged world where the line between reality and fantasy has been blurred.

Two mothers have lost their daughters. Prospera, stricken with grief and regret, is engulfed in a swirl of newspapers with headlines that read, 'Clock Strikes; Now Ten Minutes After Midnight'. She uses her magic to revive her daughter, Miranda, and the Queen's daughter, Claribel; to right what was wronged, to ease the guilt of power abused, to see what might have been. "The tempest in my mind doth from my senses take all feeling else save what beats there."

In this exciting new vision of a timeless tale of love, grief, magic and lost innocence, Mr. Kolakowski takes us on a journey that is not to be forgotten. In a world where technology has failed we see the aftermath of one's actions.

The cast includes Company members Aiyanna Wade as Miranda, Tyler D. Clayton as Stpheano, Seth N. Lilley as Trinculo; Elise Wanger Zell as Claribel, Delysa Richards as Gonzala, and Marc James as Ariel. Also joining the cast are guest artist Amber Lee Olivier as Prospera, Adam Betz as Antonio, Richard Costes as Caliban,Xavier Lagunas as Sebastian and Toya Turner as Alonza.

Rounding out the cast are the sprits which include Rebecca Duff, and Adam Walleser.
