Have a laugh on the Emerald Isle! The Cripple of Inishmaan is coming to EPAC on June 8, 2017!

True to its Irish nature, The Cripple of Inishmaan is a dark yet surprisingly touching comedy-drama by Martin McDonagh. Set in a remote Irish village in 1930s, things get a little crazy when a Hollywood film crew shows up to make a documentary of the island.

In the midst of all the hype, "Cripple" Billy Claven is eager to make a name for himself. He hopes to escape poverty, boredom, and the cripple stereotype. And what better way than to become a star? Is this "Cripple" Billy's big break? Or is it all a bunch of blarney?

The EPAC production of The Cripple of Inishmaan, winner of six Tony Award nominations, will feature a bevy of favorite EPAC character actors, as well as some new faces to the EPAC stage.

The Cripple of Inishmaan will run from June 8, 2017, through June 17, 2017, at the Sharadin Bigler Theatre. Tickets can be purchased at ephrataperformingartscenter.com or by calling 717-733-7966 x 1.

Thursday night shows are at 7:30 pm; Friday and Saturday shows are at 8:00 pm. Tickets are $15 - $32 and go on sale January 2, 2017.
