SLIP INTO YOUR SKIN, a one-night-only showcase of the songs of New York-based composer David Are featuring Sharon D. Clarke, will be staged at London's Freedom Bar March 18 at 8 PM.

The line-up of West End actors participating include Sharon D. Clarke (currently starring in Ghost), Carley Stenson (Legally Blonde), John Addison, Paul Ayres, Carl Au, Liam Doyle, Jenny Fitzpatrick, Kelly Anne Gower, Jodie Jacobs, Ceili O'Connor, Laura Selwood and Jonathan Williams.

The evening will feature songs from three David Are shows, providing an eclectic mix of electropop and musical theatre styles.  Are has released three albums of music including "A Few for Friends" and "Friends for a Few" that feature performers like Gavin Creel, Caissie Levy, Richard Fleeshman and Lauren Molina.  His compositions include the musical immersion experience WALKER IN BABYLON, the reality TV musical "P.O.E.T.S Club," a children's musical version of CHARLOTTE'S WEB, and a one-act romance called NEVER COULD BE ANY OTHER WAY.

Are is collaborating with DJ/arranger Dana Haynes (Band of Wyatt) on the show, having previously worked together on WALKER IN BABYLON and currently on NEVER COULD BE ANY OTHER WAY.  The concert is being produced by Conrow Productions, who most recently presented the songs of Jonathan Reid Gealt at St. Andrews in London.
