To date, Daniel Reichard has brought seven concerts to Birdland, the iconic music room that sits square in the heart of Manhattan's Theater District. Daniel's shows are filled with ravishing music, great laughs, much joy and that iconic singing voice. On Monday night, Daniel presented his new summertime club act, "Mr. Blue Sky," a musical celebration of the summer season, drawing inspiration from the soundtrack of his childhood. There were songs by Ray Charles, Adele, Fleetwood Mac, Creedence Clearwater Revival, and Paul Simon. He had some terrific special guests including theater veterans like Patrick McCollum, Christopher Spaulding, Ben Knox, Ben Gettinger, Joey Dudding, and Rob Eggleston. His musicians included David Cinquegrana, Brian Holtz, Alex Wyatt, Jason Yarcho, Chris Smucker, and a special appearance by cellist, Elad Kabilio.

The Broadway at Birdland concert series has been running every Monday night for the past fifteen years. Birdland is located at 315 West 44 Street. Please visit www.BirdlandJazz.com for more information.
