Lone Star Theatre Co is proud to present the fifth annual Texas One-Act Play Festival. This year's presentation is titled CROSSING BORDERS: A TEJANO ONE-ACT PLAY FESTIVAL and features five new plays by Tejano playwrights starring seven Latino actors. This is the culminating event of Lone Star's exciting fifth season, Cinco de Lone Star, which has celebrated the voices of Latino playwrights from Texas.


CROSSING BORDERS includes new plays by Claudia Acosta, David Davila, Selina Michelle Fonseca, Ryan Ramirez, and StephaniE Sosa. Acosta and Fonseca also star in the festival as do Gabriel Bernal, Oscar Cabrera, Alexandra Castro, Lillian Andrea De Leon, and Raul Meruelo. Davila directs.


Lone Star Theatre Co, now in it's fifth season is dedicated to bringing Texas Pages to New York Stages.


The free reading takes place on April 17th with a happy hour gathering at 6pm at Jack Demsey's (36 W 33rd St, New York, New York 10001). The reading begins at 7pm with a reception to follow.
