Broadway Sessions is thrilled to welcome Anthony Hollock, Phil Putnam, BJ Scahill, Brandon Rubendall and more on Thursday, March 3rd.

The show will celebrate the upcoming Broadway Beauty Pageant, featuring performances by past winner Anthony Hollock (Hair, Broadway and London) and an appearance by current contestant Brandon Rubendall (Spiderman). Also on hand to perform will be Phil Putnam, Eric Sisco and B.J. Scahill. Phil Putnam is a NYC singer/songwriter. Putnam is represented by 8 albums (available on itunes) and will offer and evening of his original material on March 12th at The Duplex. B.J. Scahill has been featured in the national company of Evita and has starred in regional productions of Les Miserables and Jesus Christ Superstar. Audience members will also have the opportunity to win tickets to a screening of the upcoming film Carmen 3D. The ground breaking film of the world's most popular opera open in theaters March 4th.

Broadway Sessions is described as an evening of musical performances, games, comedy and open mic featuring a new Broadway guest each week. It is hosted by Ben Cameron (Wicked, Aida, Footloose) and features compose/musical director Will Van Dyke (The Addams Family) on piano. The musical theater themed evening takes place every Thursday night at The Midtown Theater (163 west 46th street). Doors open at 10:30 pm, with showtime at 11pm. Open mic party follows til 2 am. There is no cover charge for this event. Donations will be collected for Broadway Cares/Equity Fights Aids.
