The Television Academy today announced that Carson Daly (The Voice) and Mindy Kaling (The Mindy Project) will join Television Academy Chairman and CEO, Bruce Rosenblum, to reveal the 66th Primetime Emmy Awards Nominations on Thursday, July 10th at 8:40 a.m. ET/5:40 a.m. PT.

The 66th Primetime Emmy Awards Nominations Announcement will take place at the Television Academy's Leonard H. Goldenson Theatre in North Hollywood's NoHo Arts District and will be streamed LIVE on Emmys.com. SPIKE Jones, Jr. returns to produce this year's nominations telecast. For the first time, this year's nominees were selected via online voting.

In addition, the Television Academy today unveiled compelling key art for the 66th Primetime Emmy Awards, and switched website graphics over to embody these bold new graphics for the 68 days leading up to television's biggest night.

"Our key art is a departure from the previous decade in which the Emmy statuette only appeared in profile or three-quarter view," said Scott Buford, creative director for the Academy. "This year, Emmy is shown in a forward-facing position that is elegant, powerful and triumphant. The cobalt Blue and violet aurora swirling around her draws all attention to the gleaming Emmy, in a dynamic, aspirational pose."

The key art will be utilized across multiple platforms including the website, advertisements, collateral materials and motion graphics and can be seen by visiting Emmys.com. Media and other outlets looking to download the artwork should visit Emmys.com/Press.

The 66th Primetime Emmy Awards airs live Monday, August 25th (8 p.m. ET/5 p.m. PT) on NBC and will originate from the Nokia Theatre L.A. LIVE in Los Angeles. The awards will be hosted by Seth Meyers and executive produced by Don Mischer.

Carson Daly is a pioneer of pop culture across media, including network television, radio, the recording industry and digital. In September, Carson began his role as co-host of the TODAY show, where he provides constant communication between the viewers and the show in the Orange Room as well as delivering original content and reporting. He will next host and produce the seventh season of the NBC hit series The Voice, which will return on Monday, September 22nd. Last year, The Voice won the Emmy for "Outstanding Reality-Competition Program" after receiving its second consecutive nomination in that category. Daly's long-running late night NBC series, Last Call with Carson Daly, is currently in its 13th season, and while the show features guests from the worlds of entertainment, politics and sports, it is the progressive music bookings that have earned Daly his bragging rights among the late-night crowd. Since day one, Last Call has been the show that gave many of the hottest bands their first break on U.S. television, including The Killers, Maroon 5, Ray LaMontagne, Modest Mouse, 30 Seconds to Mars, B.o.B, and many more. For the ninth year, Daly and Universal Media Studios produced the annual New Year's Eve Primetime special NBC's New Year's Eve with Carson Daly. As executive producer, Daly has led the broadcast on all NBC platforms -- both on and offline. Past musical performances have included Rihanna, Jay Z, Green Day, Sir Elton John, Alicia Keys, Katy Perry, Ludacris, Mary J. Blige, Avril Lavigne, Panic! At The Disco, The Ting Tings, and Lenny Kravitz. In January 2010, Daly returned to his radio roots and currently hosts morning drive from 6-10 a.m. Monday-Friday on KAMP (97.1) in Southern California.
