Shirley MacLaine & Darren Criss Rock Janis Joplin's Multi-award-winning Broadway and Hollywood legend Shirley MacLaine is set to appear in multiple episodes of FOX's hit musical dramedy series Glee later this season and a first listen to the actress in action on a sure-to-be showstopper alongside series star Darren Criss is now available to hear in full.

MacLaine will essay the role of a Manhattan socialite who takes a liking to new NYC transplant Blaine, portrayed by Broadway headliner and Glee breakout star Darren Criss, according to new reports.

Of note, MacLaine's first appearance on the series is set to occur on this week's "The Back-Up Plan" episode.

GLEE airs Tuesdays at 8 PM on FOX.
