Guild Hall presents former Saturday Night Live and Comedy Central star Colin Quinn in his one-man show Colin Quinn Long Story Short, directed by Jerry Seinfeld in a 3-week limited engagement.

Comically channeling the demise of great world empires, Colin Quinn uses his "articulate brand of comedy" in taking audiences through an uproarious history of the world in 75 minutes. From his personification of Caesar as the original Italian mobster to his complaints about Ancient Greece and Antigone giving way to Costco and Snooki, Quinn is at his satirical best, taking on the attitudes, appetites and bad habits that toppled the world's most powerful nations. Colin Quinn Long Story Short proves that throughout human history, the joke has always been on us.

Running 75-minutes without an intermission, the show is produced by Eva Price and Richard Martini. The production arrives at Guild Hall following a successful extended engagement at the Helen Hayes Theater in New York City.

Preview performances begin on Wednesday, June 8 and the 75 minute show opens on Friday, June 10 with the Cast Party to follow. The production will play through Sunday, June 26. Performances are Tuesdays through Fridays and Sundays at 8 p.m. with two shows on Saturdays at 7 p.m. and 10 p.m. Tickets are $30-$75 for Previews and then $40-$85 for Performances from June 10-June 26, with Special Opening Night tickets available for $250 including Premium seating and access to Cast and Crew Party immediately follows the show. All tickets are sale now at GuildHall.org or at Box Office starting May 18; theatermania.com; or 1.866.811.4111.
