GLEE's Blake Jenner to Join Wife Melissa Benoist on CBS's SUPERGIRL!

TV Line reports that GLEE's Blake Jenner will join his real-life spouse Melissa Benoist in the hit CBS superhero drama SUPERGIRL.

According to the site, Jenner will portray a potential new love interest for Benoist's 'Kara'. His character Adam Foster is described as "a handsome stranger from Cat Grant's (Calista Flockhart) past whose arrival in National City tests Kara and Cat's relationship like never before. At the same time, Adam and Kara form a very unexpected connection."

Benoist and Jenner's GLEE alter egos Marley and Ryder joined the FOX musical dramedy in its fourth season, and had an on and off romance throughout the remainder of the series.

Jenner is schedule to appear in multiple episodes of SUPERGIRL beginning early 2016.

About SUPERGIRL: SUPERGIRL is an action-adventure drama based on the DC Comics character Kara Zor-El, Superman's (Kal-El) cousin who, after 12 years of keeping her powers a secret on Earth, decides to finally embrace her superhuman abilities and be the hero she was always meant to be.
