Something else to be thankful for today. THE SOPRANOS star Michael Imperioli has stated that he is hoping for some form of SOPRANOS reunion. He tells WENN "I would love it if there was another Sopranos, just to work with the people that I worked with again, doing that show was like walking out of your house and going to hang out on the corner with your friends. It was like that every day."

Sign us up! What does he think we could see on a spinoff? He tells them "I wouldn't be surprised if anything were to happen, like, if David took one of the minor characters and made a movie or a show from that. A character that maybe you wouldn't have paid any attention to or thought of, and had a show about him - some kind of small town hood in witness protection. That would be in character with David."

Michael Imperioli is best known for his role as Christopher Moltisanti on The Sopranos for which he won the Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Drama Series in 2004. He also appeared as Det. Ed Green's temporary replacement, Det. Nick Falco, in the TV drama series Law & Order. Imperioli spent the 2008-2009 television season as Detective Ray Carling in the US version of Life on Mars. He was starring as Detective Louis Fitch in the new ABC police dramaDetroit 1-8-7 until its cancellation.

The Sopranos has been regarded by many as the greatest television series of all time. The series also won a multitude of awards, including Peabody Awards for its first two seasons, twenty-one Emmy Awards and five Golden Globe Awards. A staple of 2000s American popular culture, the series has been the subject of critical analysis, controversy, and parody, and has spawned books, a video game, high-charting soundtrack albums, and a large amount of assorted merchandise.
