Renee Fleming, Disney in Concert and More Included in Chattanooga Symphony & Opera Season

Single tickets for the 2015/16 season of the Chattanooga Symphony & Opera will go on sale Monday, August 3 at 10:00am. Popular concerts for the upcoming season include Opening Night with Pines of Rome, The Tabasco Opera, Brahms Requiem, Home for the Holidays, Big Band Fever, Play Ball, Scheherazade, and many more. Ticket prices start at $21. There are student discounts available. Complete schedule and concert details are available at www.chattanoogasymphony.org. Additionally, tickets will be available for our Renée Fleming Gala Event. Opera superstar Fleming will be joining the CSO for an unforgettable concert of classical and Broadway favorites on October 7, 2015. Both CSO Music Director Kayoko Dan and CSO Principal Pops Conductor Bob Bernhardt will be conducting.

Ticket prices start at $75 while supplies last. Top price tickets at $250 include a post-concert reception with Fleming. Another special event is Disney in Concert: Magical Music from the Movies, being performed April 16, 2016. It's a perfect event for the whole family with tickets starting at $28. Tickets will be available online at www.chattanoogasymphony.org, by calling 423.267.8583, or in person at 701 Broad Street in the Tivoli Center office building. Summer box office hours are 10am-3pm, but online sales are available 24/7. Subscriptions to all of CSO's series, including a Choose-Your-Own package, are also still available.

The mission of the Chattanooga Symphony & Opera is to inspire, engage, and enrich the greater Chattanooga community through music and music education. The 2015/16 season marks 83 seasons for the CSO, which played its first concert on November 5, 1933. The CSO, conducted by Music Director Kayoko Dan, consists of top players from the Chattanooga area as well as from across the southern region. The CSO performs a full season of Masterworks, Pops, Chamber, and Volkswagen Series concerts from September through May, as well as a variety of community, education, and engagement events throughout the year.
