Cantanti Project Presents Handel's ALCINA

Cantanti Project and Washington Heights Musical Society present Handel's Alcina, February 28 and March 6.

Strip away the supernatural powers, disguises, and enchantment, and at the heart of the story is the desire to love and be loved. Through Handel's descriptive and moving music, this 18th century opera based on a 15th century epic poem still resonates with us today.

With generous support from the Washington Heights Musical Society and in collaboration with Dorian Baroque Orchestra, Cantanti Project is pleased to present Handel's Alcina.
