The Morris Museum has announced the return of Vladimir Zaitsev to the Bickford Theatre in a performance of Rock Stars of the Romantic Era on Sunday, March 9 at 2:00pm.

Award-winning pianist Vladimir Zaitsev will use his versatile and charismatic talents to create a singular one-man show, in which the audience will be presented with dazzling pianism and delightful anecdotes about composers. The program will include the music of Chopin, Liszt and their American contemporary, L. M. Gottschalk.

A native of Kiev, Ukraine, Zaitsev has performed on three continents, including appearances at Lincoln Center and Carnegie Hall. The New York Times has described the musician as "a splendid pianist... [Whose] interpretations are meticulously planned, then brilliantly executed.'' Zaitsev has numerous television and radio credits to his name and his solo repertoire includes works from the classical as well as from the popular culture.

Tickets are $30 for Members, $35 for Non-members, $28 for Groups (10 or more), and $20 for Students (18 and under or with valid college ID). Tickets may be purchased by phone at (973) 971-3706, or in person at the Bickford Theatre Box Office. The Bickford Theatre is conveniently located within the Morris Museum, 6 Normandy Heights Road in Morristown, NJ, and offers free parking and full accessibility. Box Office hours for phone sales are Monday through Friday, 10:00am to 5:00pm. Walk-up hours are Tuesday through Friday, 11:00am to 5:00pm.
