Top Tracks & Albums: Coldplay Joins iTunes' List of Top Selling Albums, Week Ending 4/27

iTunes has become the most comprehensive, streamlined way to purchase music, and BWW Music has rounded up the most popular tracks and albums on the digital marketplace for the week ending April 27, 2014.

Pharrell Williams' HAPPY from DESPICABLE ME 2 took the top singles spot on iTunes this week, with John Legend's ALL OF ME in second, and TURN DOWN FOR WHAT by DJ Snake & Lil Jon coming in third.

On the albums side of things, the original FROZEN soundtrack claimed the top spot again this week, with Nashville Cast's NASHVILLE: ON THE RECORD in second, and Cold Play's GHOST STORIES in third.
