The Mayo Performing Arts Center's summer concert series continues in August with performances by rock legend Todd Rundgren (August 7) and steel pedal guitar virtuoso Robert Randolph and the Family Band (August 8). Robert Randolph's concert will feature special guest Big Sam's Funky Nation.

Tickets for An Evening with Todd Rundgren are $39-59. Tickets for Robert Randolph the Family Band are $29-59.

Todd Rundgren has created an unparalleled body of work that has gained him a fiercely loyal following. A musical genius for his songwriting, performing and production prowess, one thing he isn't is predictable. Rundgren is expected to play his hits ("Hello It's Me," "Saw the Light"), hidden gems and whatever else may interest him that night! Rundgren may also play music from his new release, "State," and was last seen at MPAC as part of Ringo Starr's All-Starr Band in June 2012.

Rolling Stone named Robert Randolph one of "The 100 Greatest Guitarists;" the only pedal steel player so honored, calling him "one of the most intense live acts in all of jamdom" and citing his solos as "perpetually cresting, lightning-fast explorations."
