Robin Thicke, Soul Rebels Release MAGIC Live Performance At JammJam

Jammcard launches the live video of Robin Thicke performing his hit "Magic" from their in demand, invite-only pop up event, the JammJam.

The Masked Singer star stunned attendees with a surprise performance at Jammcard's event hosted at The Live House in Hollywood, CA. Jammcard paired Thicke with New Orleans 8-piece brass ensemble The Soul Rebels and his band, Black Daddy, for this special event. Robin and The Soul Rebels met at 6pm, day of show, and performed the set just a few hours later. It was electric. The performance included covers of Michael Jackson's classic "Rock With You" and Al Green's "Let's Stay Together," as well as Thicke's "Lost Without U" and a New Orleans brass style version of his hit "Blurred Lines" for the big finish. Throughout the show Thicke bounced between piano and mic, performing alongside his band, Black Daddy, under the musical direction of Larry Cox who he's worked with for 19 years. The session also included the debut LA performance of rising female rapper, Chika, and LA's power trio The Truth Band.
