Patchogue Theatre for the Performing Arts (PTPA) is proud to present its 2nd annual Holiday Concert & Community Sing-A-Long featuring the New Inlet Chamber Orchestra, Long Island blues legend Kerry Kearney, and Long Island singer-songwriter Cassandra House on Sunday, Nov. 29, at 3 p.m.

Come listen to the New Inlet Chamber Orchestra play music from "The Nutcracker;" hear blues maestro, Kerry Kearney, with orchestra accompaniment play "War Is Over" by John Lennon and "Rocking Around the Christmas Tree" by Brenda Lee; let your heart melt like snow as singer-songwriter Cassandra House, backed by the orchestra string section, plays "The River" by Joni Mitchell and "The Christmas Song (Chestnuts Roasting on an Open Fire);" allow the angelic voices of The Community Chorus lead you and the audience in singing such holiday classics as "It's The Most Wonderful Time of the Year," "Rudolph the Red Nose Reindeer," "Let It Snow," "White Christmas," and "Silent Night;" and join (if you wish) the choir and orchestra in an audience sing-a-long of the "Hallelujah Chorus" of Handel's "Messiah."

This special holiday performance is a benefit for the five soup kitchens located in the Greater Patchogue area, along with the housing shelter LI Against Domestic Violence. The event will be emceed by Reverend Dwight Lee Wolter of The Congregational Church of Patchogue.
