MINUS ZERO Festival Announces Art Installations & Experiences Plus Competitive Rail Jam

The fourth annual MINUS ZERO FESTIVAL--set for April 6, 7 and 8 at Mount Snow Resort in Vermont

headlined by ODESZA and Zeds Dead--has unveiled the details for this year's art installations and experiences. To add another dimension to the East Coast's premier winter sport and music festival, MINUS ZERO has joined forces with Killington, VT art collective PLAYA VIBES to curate a full slate of immersive exhibitions and exhibitors for 2018 including The Relaquarium, Incendia, Heavy Meta, Orijins, The Chocolate Factory and The Hive.

Art info can be found here: http://www.minuszerofestival.com/art/

The installations will transport festival-goers beyond this winter wonderland and into a myriad of otherworldly spaces, conjuring motifs of both fire and ice. From the three flame-blasting domes above the bar and dancefloor in Incendia to the fire-breathing dragon appropriately dubbed Heavy Meta (which doubles as a stage and transport) and "the world's first all-female fire breathing collective" The Hive, expect the temperature to get toasty.

The Chocolate Factory represents artist Eric S. Klein's whimsical and wonderful world of "pure imagination" most definitely nodding to Roald Dahl. Befitting of the powerhouse artist billing, Rhizome's light design proves equally unforgettable as The Relaquarium and Orijins redefine what a stage can be-you'll have to see it to believe it!

Additionally, MINUS ZERO FESTIVAL and Teton Gravity will present the 2018 Minus Zero Rail Jam on Saturday, April 7 at 1pm. Male and female skiers and snowboarders may enter to win three tiers of prizes: first ($500, two Weekend Pass VIP tickets to MZ 2019, MZ Swag, VIP Upgrade for MZ 2018), second (Monster Snowboard [snowboarders]/Monster Guitar [skiers], two GA Weekend Pass Tickets to MZ 2019, MZ Swag), and third (Minus Zero Swag, two GA Tickets to MZ 2019).

From art and music to snowboarding and skiing, get ready to experience an elevated experience like no other and above the rest at MINUS ZERO FESTIVAL.
