Praised by Billboard Magazine as having "exciting vocal ability" and as "a singer of musical integrity," by Kevin Moore of WSBC Radio/Chicago, celebrated recording artist/vocalist/songwriter Laury Shelley celebrates the release of her new single The Windmills of Your Mind, with a tribute concert to her mentor Oscar. Grammy and Emmy-award winning composer Michel Legrand (Brian's Song, Yentl, Summer of '42, Lady Sings the Blues).

Entitled "The Music Never Ends:Laury Shelley Sings Michel Legrand," the concert will take place Sunday, March 5, 6pm, at Naperville's Madden Theatre, 171 E. Chicago Avenue, Naperville. Laury will also be celebrating the release of her exciting new single, available now on iTunes and digital stores: The Windmills of Your Mind. A remarkable remake of the Oscar and Grammy-winning classic composed by her Legrand. Laury's new version gives the song a thrilling, fresh approach that will excite music lovers.

Laury was discovered by three-time Oscar, five-time Grammy winning composer Michel Legrand (Barbra Streisand's Yentl, Lady Sings the Blues, The Summer of '42 & Brian's Song). He had her then tour with him for over five years as his solo vocalist where she went onto perform at the world's most prestigious concert venues including Carnegie Hall, The Sahara Hotel in Las Vegas , Red Rocks Amphitheater in Denver, Miami's Stars Under The Stars Concert Series at Marine Stadium and New York's The Westbury Theatre, as well as concert halls in Montreal, San Francisco and Los Angeles. Laury shared stages with many musical icons including Tony Bennett, Buddy Rich and Cleo Laine. She reunited with Michel Legrand at The Dakota Jazz Club in Minneapolis on his 2011/12 U.S. tour.

Her recordings also include being featured on the recordings Michel Legrand and Friends and Michel Legrand The RCA Years, Her acclaimed debut CD EP Pieces of Dreams earned her world-wide radio play including being named "ARTIST OF THE MONTH" by Smooth Jazz 87.7 and featured performing live on WGN's The Midday Show. Her recordings, including her just released single The Windmills of Your Mind, are available on iTunes and other digital stores.

Called "the real deal," by Rick Kogan of WGN Radio, Laury has also performed at New York City's Metropolitan Room,Chicago's Jazz Showcase, Hollywood's The Cinegrill and a featured artist at The Chicago Jazz Festival.
