LIGHTS ALL NIGHT is undeniably the place to be this New Year's Eve. Texas' largest electronic music festival--happening Friday, December 30 and Saturday, December 31 at Dallas Market Hall in Dallas--has today (November 1) officially announced the final phase of their lineup.
