Today, Christine and the Queens reveals the self-directed music video for "No Harm Is Done" ft Tunji Igi HERE, taken from her self-titled English debut album release on October 16th via Neon Gold / Because Records / Atlantic Records. Her American debut will be out right before going on a 16-date North American tour with Marina And The Diamonds, including a headlines show at New York's Webster Hall. "No Harm Is Done" co-produced by Christine and Noah Breakfast and features the Philadelphia artist Tunji Ige. (note: find the lyrics to the intriguing song at the end.)

"I had one day in a NYC studio to start a song from scratch, with Tunji in the room. I knew him because one of my dancers was listening to "For us" on tour - what a striking song. I thought : even though we have different lives, we both write about feeling lonely, about watching everything from this weird angle - when you feel oddly out of the picture. Anger came to me as something I could try to write about - articulating it is probably the first step towards action. No Harm Is Done is a picture of the moment before : before something happens, before we choose in which fight we want to engage. But for now, our hands are just slowly raising - it's a warning for what's about to come. After that, everything came quickly : the melody, the rhythm, the colour of it all." - Christine and the Queens

"I'm a huge fan of Christine's art so when the opportunity presented itself to work with her -- I was all in. I'm also thankful I was able to work alongside one of my good friends and favorite producers, Noah Breakfast." - Tunji Ige

The album release kicks off the start of her major North American tour with Marina And The Diamonds which will traverse the continent and wrap up in with three NYC shows in early November; two at Terminal 5 and a solo headline show at Webster Hall. Christine and the Queens made her North American ep debut earlier this year with the Saint Claude EP, highlighted by the international hit singles "Saint Claude" and"Tilted." The latter track - hailed by VICE's Noisey as "lithe, perfectly parsed pop" - comes accompanied by a unique video, streaming at Christine's official YouTube channel HERE.

Hailed worldwide as a visionary live artist, Christine was among the breakout stars performing at this year's South By Southwest (SXSW) in Austin, Texas. From there, Christine and her band served as special guests on fellow Neon Gold recording artist Marina and The Diamonds' west coast tour dates.

Recently named "Female Artist of the Year" at the French GRAMMY-equivalent Victoires de la Musique ceremony, Christine is already a household name in her native country. "Saint Claude" - which received "Music Video of the Year" honors at the Victoires de la Musique - has proven a massive worldwide hit, earning more than 13 million individual views thus far HERE. In addition, "Christine" HERE - the French-language version of "Tilted" HERE - has drawn nearly 14 million views and counting.

Christine and the Queens came together in London where the Nantes-born Letissier went after studying art and theatre. The artist - named in honor of Christine's cross-dressing friends at Soho's famed Madame Jojo's drag bar - released a series of three EPs beginning in 2011, each one earning further attention and acclaim for her utterly individual brand of French-language freak-pop. Chaleur Humaine arrived in 2014 and immediately established Christine as a phenomenon, earning close to 5x platinum certification in just over a year.

Critical acclaim has flowed from major media outlets around the globe, including our own The New York Times' T Magazine, which applauded Christine's "androgynous style and herky-jerky choreography...is gunning for pop-music stardom that doesn't depend on sex." NYLON hailed Christine as "ridiculously stylish" while praising her "sophisticated art-pop" Huffington Post decreed Christine and the Queens as "the Next Big|Brave Thing at SXSW," noting her mix of modern pop and killer choreography...all rock star swagger and MJ moves...seduces and slays in equal measure." "The coolest French import since Brigitte Bardot," raved Entertainment Weekly. "(Christine's) electro-tinged pop has a smooth, rich vibe that combines the glitz of the '80s with the soul of the future. We can't get enough."
