Brian Wilson & Friends Play The Venetian Las Vegas Tonight

Brian Wilson , co-founder of the Beach Boys, will be performing hits from his illustrious award-winning career, as well as selections from his new album "No Pier Pressure" during a special concert at 8pm tonight, Dec. 12 at The Venetian Las Vegas. Tickets are currently on sale.

The concert, which will be held in the Venetian Theatre, will be taped for a national music special scheduled to air next year on Public Television and AXS TV. The new album "No Pier Pressure" is scheduled to be released early 2015 on Capitol Records. Also appearing with Brian will be a variety of special guests who performed with him on the new album. They include:

• ?Fellow Beach Boys co-founder Al Jardine
• Former Beach Boys member Blondie Chaplin
• Sebu Simonian, one-half of the indie-pop duo Capital Cities
• Nate Ruess, lead vocalist of the Grammy-Award winning group fun.
• Mark Isham, jazz trumpeter and composer.

Additional guests will be named in the near future.
