Aurora Theatre turned over its Swing Nights song selections to the audience. The votes are in and on Sunday, April 14 at 7pm The Metro Jazz Club will play the most popular selections from popular categories: TV & Movie Themes, Rat Pack Standards, Big Band Classics and more.

This special edition of the popular concert series will feature the Metro Jazz Club with magnificent music performed in an intimate venue with powerhouse vocalists. The Metro Jazz Club is a smokin'-hot 17 piece band, dedicated to the preservation of some of the best music ever composed, from the smoothest jazz to the spirited rhythms of swing. Led by jazz sax man Gary Dalton, the band is accompanied by crooner Jason Joines and zesty diva Amanda Richards.

Your hostess for the evening will be the incomparable Ann-Carol Pence, Aurora Theatre Associate Producer and Resident Musical Director. She will be joined by special guest and one of Atlanta's busiest musical theatre performers, Eric Moore (Christmas Canteen, Once On This Island at Aurora Theatre). Mr. Moore is a soulful tenor whose voice will lift your spirit and take you back to the Big Band era in style.

Aurora Swing Nights featuring Metro Jazz Club is set for Sunday, April 14 at 7:00 PM. Tickets $18. Call 678.226.6222 or visit www.auroratheatre.com.
