40th Annual Red River Revel Arts Festival Announces Live Music Headliners

The 40th annual Red River Revel Arts Festival will be held, Oct. 3-10, 2015, in downtown Shreveport, Louisiana. The Red River Revel Arts Festival attracts more than 120,000 visitors annually to Festival Plaza, making it the largest outdoor arts festival in northern Louisiana. The 2015 event will open with the annual Red River Revel Run 5K/15K at 8 a.m. on Saturday, Oct. 3, kicking off eight days of live music featuring national headliners, Louisiana favorites, and local and regional performers on four stages along with 108 artist booths, 23 food booths and more. Admission is $5 on weekends, free Monday, and $5 after 5:30 p.m. on weekdays. 2015 Revel Primary Sponsors are the Junior League of Shreveport-Bossier, CHASE, City of Shreveport, Pepsi Beverages Company, Ford Motor Company, and The Alta & John Franks Foundation.

Revel 40 headliners include rising stars, popular favorites, and breakout artists. Headliners include: Louisiana's LeRoux, Cowboy Mouth, Black Water Bride (10/3); Be the Change Tour ft. OBB, Shinebright, All Things New (10/4); FLY Dance Company, Big|Brave Bang Boom! (10/5, 6, & 10), Big Daddy Weave Fall 2015 Tour ft. Jason Gray and Citizen Way (10/7); Moon Taxi, Louisiana Swamp Donky [sic] (10/8); Logan Mize, Big|Brave Sam's Funky Nation, Windstorm Band (10/9); Robert Earl Keen, Cody Cooke & the Bayou Outlaws, Dirtfoot (10/10).
