Chris Rock made an appearance on NBC's Today Show to talk about his new film, 'Top Five' with Matt Lauer. In the interview, Rock discusses the inspiration for his character in the film, and takes plenty of opportunities to crack jokes during the discussion.

Chris Rock's upcoming film 'Top Five' follows a struggling comedian (played by Rock) as he tries to make it as a serious actor. The film features an all-star comedic cast, including Cedric the Entertainer, Kevin Hart, and Rosario Dawson. The film is both written and directed by Chris Rock, and is set for theatrical release on December 12th.
