Peterborough Players to Offer Free Screening of ROTHKO'S ROOMS

The Peterborough Players will present a free screening of the award winning BBC documentary about abstract expressionist painter Mark Rothko entitled "Rothko's Rooms." The film looks at Rothko's life and his views about modern art and big business.

"Rothko's Rooms" is presented in honor of THE PLAYERS 2015 summers theatrical season debut on June 17th of John Logan's Tony Award winning play about Rothko, RED. The play will star Players' Artistic Director Gus Kaikkonen as Rothko and be directed by Players' Managing Director, Keith Stevens.

"Rothko's Rooms" will be screened this Friday, June 12th at 7:30pm. No tickets are needed. For additional information visit PeterboroughPlayers.org.
