Deluxe Signs Multimillion-Dollar Agreement with Sony Pictures

DeluxeEntertainment Services Group Inc.today announced that itfinalized anagreementwithSony Pictures Digital ProductionsInc. ("SPDP")under which Deluxe will bring itsunmatched expertise and state of the art technologytoSony Pictures.

Deluxe, which has been a leader for decades in media and entertainment services for film, video and online content,continuestoexpand the depth and reach ofits exceptionalartistry anddigital capabilities.

Through Deluxe'srelationship withSony Pictures, the facilitywill offerstate-of-the-artcolor grading, mastering, restoration and related services for film andTV projects bystudios, networks, independent producers and filmmakers worldwide.

As part of the transaction, Deluxe acquired certain assets from Colorworks Inc. Deluxe will operate from a 14,000-square-foot facility, which includesone of theindustry's leading 4K pipelines. The facility is housed in the studio's Stage 6andfeaturesreal-time, 4K processing in a full-digital workflow for top filmmakers from across the industry.
