Red Heat Tavern, the casual tavern concept from the founders of Burtons Grill, will debut its Fall menu October 5th with a tantalizing blend of Josper oven roasted ingredients blended with the fresh flavors of Fall's harvest. The entire menu is available Gluten Free.

Chef Alan Frati calls this menu "fall perfection," and boasts dishes for all tastes. With a foundation in comfort tavern classics, Frati has recreated traditional Red Heat Tavern favorites into innovative and flavorful original dishes. He believes that the fall is time for comfort, relaxing, connecting with loved ones and indulging in great food and drink.

All items on the new fall menu can be prepared gluten free. With the availability of so many gluten sensitive products, namely flours and flavorings, we have been able to maintain the flavors of these dishes without sacrificing Red Heat Tavern standards. The ownership team behind Burtons Grill has always been very passionate about creating and delivering dishes that guests not only thoroughly enjoy but can also feel safe eating. CEO Kevin Harron remarked, "In an age where our consumers are not only health conscious but also dealing with one and sometimes multiple food allergies, we thought it was important to incorporate both a menu as well as a philosophy that our guests could believe in. The new fall menu attests to our commitment to high standards and constantly challenging ourselves to create dishes that are both safe and delicious."

A few of the new delicious menu items include the tavern-baked skillet, which is a twist on the traditional American chop suey the dish is a nice hearty portion of ground beef, sausage, bell pepper, cavatappi pasta, smoked tomato sauce sprinkled with a five cheese blend finished in the josper oven. The Hog-ie is another new fall addition to the menu, which is hickory-smoked pork, chipotle barbeque sauce topped with bread and butter fried pickles served on a fresh hoagie roll. Warm up with the creole chicken and corn soup, which has shredded creole chicken, roasted corn and red peppers.
