Let New York City's top chefs do the cooking for you and enjoy a Thanksgiving feast to remember. Whether you're going solo, having an intimate dinner or gathering your group, check out some of the restaurants that we know will please guests with inventive menus and exciting beverage programs. We have selected restaurants that will allow you to relax and dine in style. It is suggested that you make your reservations in advance.

The Capital Grille (Wall Street, Midtown in the Chrysler Building and Midtown in the Time Life Building) At all three locations in Manhattan, The Capital Grille will be offering their a la carte menu and a prix fixe Thanksgiving feast with creative twists on traditional fare by Executive Chef, Elliot Lopez. The holiday dinner will be served from 11:00 am to 9:00 pm at a cost of $65 per adult and $25 for children. You'll enjoy starters like their signature Lobster Bisque or Asian Pear Salad. Roasted turkey is accompanied by Brioche Stuffing, French Green Beans and Cranberry Pear Chutney along with sides like Fresh Creamed Spinach or Sam's Mashed Potatoes. For dessert, enjoy Pumpkin Cheesecake or an Apple Tart with housemade vanilla ice cream. Pair your meal with cocktails, fine wine or beer from Capital Grille's renowned beverage program. Bustan (Upper West Side) New Executive Chef/Partner Rafael Hasid has created a menu that combines holiday staples with exotic flavors from the restaurant's custom taboon oven. A la carte options include butternut squash soup, which receives an updgrade of pistachio crusted goat cheese and apple crostini, in addition to sweet potato latkes, accompanied by seasoned lebaneh (Lebanese strained yogurt). Heartier dishes include the Berkshire pork belly terracotta, prepared famously in a bread dome and baked in the taboon, sealing in the moisture and flavor. Even the free range turkey recieves Bustan's particular brand of Mediterranean flair, served with pita and Jerusalem artichoke stuffing, cranberry-pommegranate relish & veal demi glace gravy.

The cocktail program from Mixologist Kelsey Didit (Wolf & Deer) offers a variety of seasonal cocktails perfect to pair with Thanksgiving dinner, including the Ginger Bitters, built with Fernet Branca, Michter's Bourbon, lemon and ginger syrup. Mastro's New York (Midtown West) Mastro's will be open for Thanksgiving from 2pm to 9pm. For those looking to skip the turkey, they can fill up on fresh sushi, extravagant seafood towers, juicy steak, warm butter cake, and more. That being said, you can still get the decadent variations of your comfort food favorites like Mastro's Gorgonzola Mac & Cheese, Lobster Mashed Potatoes, Alaska King Crab Black Truffle Gnocchi, and many more. Harding's (East Village) Harding's will be serving a three-course Thanksgiving dinner for $59 ($29 for children). Choose from four starters, four entrees (including one vegan option), and three desserts. Mix and match your traditional Thanksgiving favorites with some of Harding's originals. Burke & Wills Australian Bistro (Upper West Side) From Executive Chef Rodrigo Nogueira, the Thanksgiving menu features an all-Australian wine pairing and a one-night-only featured fall cocktail. Priced at $60 per person ($90 with the pairing) the prix fixe includes three courses, offering options such as butternut squash soup with candied chestnuts and brioche (paired with Orchard Hill Hard Cider), Roast Turkey with a foie, pork and chestnut stuffing (paired with Chemin Pinot Noir, Yarra Valley Australia), and housemade pumpkin cheesecake with fresh berries and cranberry sauce (paired with DeBortoli Noble One, Riverina, Australia).

The featured cocktail (not included in the cost) will be the "It's a Long Way to the Top," built with Crop organic spiced pumpkin vodka, garam masala, lime and Brooklyn seltzer. Trademark Taste + Grind (Midtown) is located just off the Thanksgiving Parade route in Hotel LeSoleil. They will be serving three courses for Thanksgiving dinner. Nerai (Midtown East) They will serve a $75 prix fixe meal from 3pm-8pm where gratuity is always included. Traditional options include a roast turkey plate with mashed sweet potatoes and a turkey stuffing moussaka, green beans, and cranberry sauce. Those who prefer something different can choose from a beech mushroom risotto served with butter nut squash and kefalograviera, King salmon with spinach rice and crispy leeks on the side, a grilled whole lavraki (Mediterranean sea bass), deboned and filleted, or lamb chops with fingerling potatoes and grilled asparagus. (There is a small additional charge for some seafood options). Dessert includes a candied pecan pie for traditionalists, Lavender mousse made with Greek yogurt, sweetened with lavender honey and topped with pineapple carpaccio and pecans, Kataifi ekmek - a mastiha custard drizzled with honey, flavored with cinnamon, and elegantly garnished with pistachios. Reserve Cut (Financial District) The new Contemporary Kosher Steakhouse is located on the Second Floor of The Setai Hotel in the Financial District. They will be open from 3:00 pm to 11 pm on Thanksgiving Day and will be offering specials that include Sweet Potato Gnocchi with Hazelnut, Sage, and Maple Syrup and Delmonico Steak with Cinnamon Squash Puree, Sunchoke Confit, and Poached Pear. Boulton & Watt (Lower East Side) Their doors open at noon and chef's special will be a traditional Thanksgiving plate with turkey, cranberry, stuffing, and all your favorite fixin's.
